Jimmy Sieczka is an American who lived in Cebu for more than 3 years uploaded a video “20 reasons why I dislike the Philippines” whcih becomes viral. The video was apparently shot in Cebu City as a Robinsons Cebu sign is visible in one of the scenes. You can watch the said video, here!
