The 2012 London Olympics is set on July 27, 2012, and as usual, basketball fans all over the world, including our page, are waiting for the Final 12 Man Line-Up of the USA Men's Basketball Team.
These players are only the 20 Finalists. They will still fight for a spot in the Final 12 man roster. Here are the Finalist for the USA Men's Basketball 2012 Team:
Named as a finalist for the 2012 USA team were:
The Coaching Staff which is headed by Duke University Blue Devils Head Coach Mr. Mike Krzyzewski. His Assistant Coaches will be Syracuse University's Jim Boeheim, Portland Trail Blazers' Nate McMillan and New York Knicks' head coach Mike D’Antoni. Together, they will decide on who will be included in the Final 12 Man Line-Up of Team USA.
Meanwhile, here's the 1992 Barcelona Olympics- US Basketball Dream Team.
The 1992 United States men's Olympic basketball team, nicknamed the "Dream Team", was the first American Olympic team to feature active NBA players. Often considered one of the strongest teams assembled in any sport, it defeated its opponents by an average of almost 44 points en route to the gold medal against Croatia at the 1992 Summer Olympics held in Barcelona.
The first ten players for the Dream Team were officially selected on September 21, 1991:
