The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation or PhilHealth is hiring and looking for Registered Nurses (RN) in the Philippines for their PhilHealth CARES (Customer Assistance, Relations and Empowerment Staff) Program.
RN’s must have the following preferred skills and competencies:
Communication Skills – Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Ability to listen actively to customer concerns.
Personality – Customer-focused, passionate about results and patient when dealing with customer concerns. Resourceful, familiar with PhilHealth services, programs and regulations.
Software/Application Skills – Well-versed in MS Office applications. Experienced in using online application systems using wireless communication devices.
